Biases control more of our aging experience than we realize and can be potentially harmful. Breaking biases is not as easy as ABC, but it is necessary. There's way more involved in breaking biases than what is explained in this video, but the ultimate thought I want to leave with you is deep self-evaluation and challenging our assumptions is a must. In order to truly enjoy our aging experience, I think it's important that we take steps to break biases related to gender, age, race, and so many others.
